Busy Week!

Yes we went to NASA and it was amazing.. I loved it. It was so neat to see where all the astronaut's would train and learn all about them! I don't see how anyone can go into space i would freak

This room right here should look familiar... It was in the Apollo 13 movie! this was the VIP room where all the family could come watch and where they also use to work from too.

this is a restaurant where you could sit and look out at the fish. Tatum loved it she couldn't get enough of all the fish!

Tatum's fav animal by far.. She kept kicking and screaming anytime the tiger would pass by.You think she would be afraid but she loved every minute of it. We had a lot of fun with my mom coming down here. She was able to fly out and spend a couple days with us.. but me and Tatum are even more excited to fly back with her and go visit all the cousins and family.

Galveston

This weekend we went to Galveston for the day. The boys got off early on Sat and we drove up there for a couple hours to spend time at the beach. Tatum loved everything about the beach. It was so much fun down there and its not to far away from us either. After words we went to Benihanas and had dinner there. Which thanks to Craig we got for free!

Swimming Time!

For Memorial day we all went swimming in the complex here. Tatum loves the water. She always gets a bit nervous going in but than loves it towards the end. She is already 7 months old. I cant believe it! She is so much fun and makes some of the greatest faces ever. She loves going down for naps, sticking everything in her mouth, watching baby signing time, being around other kids or babies, eating , giving kisses, crawling and baths. The only thing i need to work on is her liking car rides.. yep she still cries anytime we go somewhere in less someone is sitting in the back entertaining her.

Well we decided to stay in Houston and finish out the summer. They moved everyone up to the Woodlands into a safer, nicer area! So hopefully this place will be a lot better. This week the boys made there incentive and the owners decided to do a BBQ and than go see the new movie Indiana Jones, but since we had Tatum(and are the only ones out here with a kid) we had to call it a night after the BBQ. Tatum is doing good out here. She is literally getting into everything. Her 2 bottom teeth are finally in. Now the next thing is teaching her to walk! Other than that nothing too exciting has been happening.. We plan on going to Galveston this coming up week so i ll post pic when we do.

p.s. Before i came up here everyone told me that hurricane season does not start till Aug..(well i got lied to i guess) Cuz i just found out that its starts tomorrow and in relief society today the WHOLE lesson was on getting a 72 hour kit for hurricane season.. I was dying the whole time.. Texas doesn't get any better than this! Texas is one dangerous state

Don't Mess With Texas

Well since last night i used to love Houston.. but than late last night around 11:30pm me and Joe were getting ready to go to bed. Joe realized that he left his phone in our car so decided to run out and grab it real quick. 5 seconds later i heard some yelling out there. I peaked my head out the door and saw 3 guys surrounding Joe and than jumped him. I heard them yelling at Joe to get on the ground.. I started freaking out and crying and having all different types of emotions in me..I ran back inside lock the door and grab my phone to try and call the cops. a couple min later a hear bangs on our door..looked out the peep hole and it was Joe.. He told me they jumped him at gun point.. All they took was the keys to our car. Thank goodness nothing else happen.. We really were watched over and protected.. as cheesy as it sounds but seriously actually going through something like that i really thought Joe was done for..We have gotten flyers on our door before about robbery's here and our cousin s had also heard gun shot here before to, but truthfully i thought that it would never happen to us.
we haven't decided on what were doing yet.. I know there is a lot of money you can make out here but having my family be in danger is just not worth it. Were suppose to have a meeting with the owners today so will see how that goes and will decided from there

Tatum is so big. She is 6 1/2 months now! She is crawling all over the place. She is also pulling herself up onto furniture and standing. Tatum is getting her 1st bottom tooth in as well. She has just started eating baby foods which she absolutely loves. She is so much fun.

I love this picture because somehow craig only has one shoe on... I think he had a Charley Horse before the picture and somehow lost his shoe! (haha)
